Westlife were fantastic as usual, they looked and sounded great.
Pity we can't say the same for the contestants. I think Lucie and Joe are great, Danyl is pretty good, but the rest are nothing special, just average or below, and J&E are so mind numbingly awful that I want to strangle Louis for putting them through. Seriously, if this is the best talent we have in this country, we are in big trouble. You would have to pay me to go and see any of this lot.

How could one of the 2 best singers be going home while the awful twins and some of the others, like Lloyd who was out of tune and awful, still be there? Simon had the chance to get rid of them, so why didn't he? And why on earth are the public voting for them? Are they all tone deaf?? Lots of people I know say they won't be watching again. Here's a blog by my son which you might find interesting. whitfields.org/2009/11/08/x-factor-y-bother

its all a fix, which is why i dont vote for anyone, i cant believe all the good singers go home, all this time simon hated the twins he had a opertunity to chuck them and he kept them in.
