Someone at TheCommitted found the following message on .com (westlife.com)'s message board:
"Tour update
Westlife's Back Home Tour has got off to a sensational start in Belfast, and they were delighted to announce at their show on Tuesday night that they would be returning to Belfast for a fourth date in May! They will be appearing at the Odyssey Arena once again on 27th May, and tickets go on sale on Saturday 1st March, at 9am. We'll be bringing you the booking details very soon.
The band are also very sad to announce that they have had to cancel their European tour dates this May. Westlife were very keen to perform this tour in Europe, but due to complicated production reasons beyond their control, they have been forced to cancel dates in Germany and Norway. They hope to return to Europe very soon, and thank you for your kind understanding.
Contact your ticket outlet for details of a refund."
Thing is, the message was gone before this girl could even comment on it, AND the message does not say anything about Denmark and Holland. Also, my Danish friend Lene has checked things out and she was in contact with someone who knows about this and they told her they had not heard anything about a cancellation. So I am really confused now. Are you?
Anyways, everyone who is going, are lucky. At least they have the chance. I wish I was as lucky as Charlotte, Kristin and everyone else.

I hope they reschedule the European dates. I don't think Westlife would want to let down their fans.

I hope they reschedule the European dates. I don't think Westlife would want to let down their fans. I think that the last thing they want, is to let their fans down. I have seen people on TheCommitted having arguments about whose fault it is, but at the end of the day, blaming Westlife is not going to help. As sad as this is, having arguments about whose fault it is, won't help at all. What's happened, happened. It's a fact. And no, I don't like it either, but then again, what can I do? Nothing. Other than hoping for rescheduling and that all of my friends who do go to see them, will be giving me calls or share pictures with me.

Also, all day I have been receiving e-mails and stuff from several friends all over the world regarding this. They said that they're pissed because they don't get to see Westlife. Hah, they have let out the fact that they are lying. They ARE seeing Westlife. Many of them will be heading to Ireland or/and the UK to see the lads at least 5-6 times on this tour, so that many of them are complaining, is totally beyond me. They should be thinking about those of us who, for various reasons, don't have the option to travel to Ireland or the UK for concerts.

I think Amsterdam has been cancelled. I think for the fans who are travelling to see them in different parts of the country - at least that is something. It is better than not seeing them at all. It is such a shame you cannot see them but here's hoping they might rearrange or something. They have been adding dates and perhaps they will try and sort something out. You never know...

Denmark has been canceled which means Holland has been canceled as well. And I am furious with some people who have been ranting all day because at least THEY are travelling to Ireland and the UK to see the lads.

I think the fans should remember that it isn't down to Westlife - and we shouldn't let it spoil us celebrating 10 years of the boys.

I think the fans should remember that it isn't down to Westlife - and we shouldn't let it spoil us celebrating 10 years of the boys. Amen to that, hun! That is what I have been trying to tell heaps of people, and that is also why the arguments on other boards annoy me. It does, however, sadden me that people who don't live in UK or Ireland - but are going there for the gigs - are complaining. THEY get to see them. Not everyone can travel over there.

Im not mad at the lads at all. I mean, I know they cant help it aswell. I do am mad at BMG or whoever takes care of it.
But I also agree with Heidi. Some of my fella Dutch friends are travelling to Ireland or England aswell to see them like 3 times there and now they are all so sad cos they cancelled here. I wish I could go to a gig in UK aswell, would be a dream, but I already gave up on it. But those people can get me pissed off!!!

And like you, I am not mad with the lads themselves. I am mad with the record company, the tour organizers and the management. It's obvious that someone has done a bad job here. No doubt about that. And yeah, to hear people complain when they do get to see the lads, gosh that is really pathetic. I have to stop reading the posts over at TheCommitted because the arguments will never end.

yeah posts like. OMG now I will onlt see them 7 times in stead of 8 Anyways, it;s not about that. Its just thereis someone there who does everytime a bad job. I mean, it aint the first time a gig here has been cancelled... That is what should change cos Im getting sick of this. Im not even take it really heavy like some are that they aren't coming, but most of my friends are just like crying, and I hate that! Thats why I'm mad at those stupid people of the company!
